by Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
(SHMG) and Singapore M&M Mechanical Engineering Pte
Ltd.on a lovely spring day in the new millennium -April
1, 2001. The establishment of SHMM means that SHMM is
on the international express trail. That' s the landmark
of the flourish development of SHMG M&M.

. SHMG was has provided the SHMG M&M a wide developing
space founded in 1937, is the large - scale company of
Machinery Trade of China with the annual output capacity
of 100,000 tons of steel, 20,000 tons of casting steel,
20, 000 tons of casting pieces, 30, 000 tons of nmchinery
products and with 0.8 billion annual production value.
SHMG is a state- owned 2nd grade enterprise and the 1st
class metrological unit and has the right to conduct foreign
trade directly. It passed through ISO 9001 Quality System
Qualifica-tion in 1996 and it is the first enterprise
that passes this Quality System Qualification in China

including Machinery Designing Institute, Machinery Technolo-gical
Institute and the scientific research unit such as laboratories
of Coal Milling and Physicochemistry.
